Shipping policy

Free SF Express Cold Chain Express to a single destination for a total net purchase of HK$300 or more.

For orders under HK$300, a delivery fee of HK$45 or more will be charged, depending on the weight.

Delivery service is not applicable for below areas:

Lantau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, HK International Airport

For the below Remote/Restricted area, there will be an extra surcharge of HK$10:

Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Man Wan

The delivery time for your order is two to four working days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

We do not ship outside of Hong Kong due to the need for temperature control.

Cacaolab Corporation Limited will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including strikes, natural disasters or terrorism. Deliveries are suspended during Typhoon number 8 or above and Black Rainstorm signal.

Once the package has left our facility, Cacaolab Corporation Limited cannot assume responsibility for any shipping delays/problems due solely to the shipping carrier.

After an order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes. Payments made by customers are non-refundable.
