FEAR 5 originates from the border region of Arauquita in Colombia, renowned for its fertile soil and tropical savanna climate, which provides ideal conditions for cacao tree cultivation. These conditions yields cacao beans with rich, layered, and complex flavors. To bring out the intricate flavors of Colombian cacao beans, we employ a gradual temperature-controlled roasting process that coaxes out the aromas of pomegranate and citrus within FEAR 5, followed by a subtle infusion of woody notes, harmonizing all these flavors beautifully.
